Zoja's yoga-inspired classes, influenced by her background in ballet, contemporary dance, Pilates, restorative yoga, power yoga, club dancing, breathwork, and hiking, offer a comprehensive approach to holistic well-being. Crafted with intention, Zoja's sessions aim to establish a profound connection with one's body, breath, heart, and mind.
